CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE

As President of Mike’s Patch Work, Inc. and United Plastering, a plastering contracting business which specialized in the application of lath and plaster of residential and commercial projects, including scaffolding erection and dismantling. Conducted and directed all daily business operations, including estimating and accounting functions. Supervised and directed superintendents and employees in the field and evaluated job site conditions. Project experience included: Hospitals, public schools, office buildings, multiple-unit housing, residential tracts, custom homes, amusement parks, golf clubs and universities.

CONSTRUCTION CONSULTING EXPERIENCE

As President of Construction Analysis Group II, doing business as California Plastering Consultants, Nevada Plastering Consultants, and Arizona Plastering Consultants, a consulting business which specializes in expert witness and consulting services in over 1600 defect litigated or construction related matters in the State of California, Nevada, Utah, Arizona and Hawaii.
